It's very comfortable. It was a bit tough on first night and was worried and called the customer service, (haha) I know, okay! But the person I spoke to was very understanding and gave me insights about my silly concern :D its been 2 weeks now and me and my partner always had a good night sleep.
The gel really helps temp circulation, and I love how the gel is a bit plushy but the bed is still sturdy. Highly recommended!

We are loving our new mattress. It was worth every penny. My partner and I had been suffering from terrible back pain because of our old mattress being way overdue for replacement. We now wake up without any back pain, and have been sleeping blissfully ever since. Highly recommend this mattress.
